I never see any sort of wildlife around my house. Generally its just toads and the odd kookaburra...that's it. Today however there were two animals who quiet obviously had no regard for road rules.
As I was driving home from uni today a big creamy coloured owl swooped down in front of me and caught a mouse in the middle of the road. Since when are there mice and owls on the road??!!?
Thanks to my good friend Google I have found a picture a little owl who looks very similar to the little guy who fly in front of my car.
THEN....as I was driving down the street just before my house a kangaroo crossed the road and then stood by the curb and watched me drive off (just like this guy below).
Why are animals jumping in front of my car today? I love them and it was so exciting to see them. Just a little scary and very lucky that everyone was ok.
